Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Overview

Hustlers Zimbabwe is a gig marketplace connecting clients with service providers (Hustlers) in Zimbabwe. We facilitate connections and payments but are not an employer of any Hustler. By creating an account, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Platform Fees

• Hustlers pay 8.5% of each completed job payment
• Clients pay a 3% service fee on top of the agreed job budget
• Fees are automatically deducted from escrow upon job completion
• Fees are non-refundable unless a dispute is resolved in the payer's favour

3. Escrow & Payments

• All payments are held in escrow until work is approved
• Clients must fund escrow before work begins
• Payment is released to the Hustler only after client approval
• Hustlers must wait for client approval before funds are released
• Hustlers Zimbabwe uses PayNow Zimbabwe for payment processing

4. Disputes

• Either party can raise a dispute within 48 hours of work submission
• Hustlers Zimbabwe admin will review evidence from both parties
• Admin decision is final and binding
• The platform may split, refund, or release payment based on findings
• Frivolous or repeated disputes may result in account suspension

5. Verification

• Hustlers must submit a valid Zimbabwean National ID for verification
• Submitting false or altered documents results in a permanent ban
• The Verified badge confirms identity only — it does not guarantee quality of work
• Hustlers Zimbabwe reserves the right to re-verify accounts at any time

6. Prohibited Activities

• Offering or requesting illegal services of any kind
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person
• Making or accepting payments outside the platform to avoid fees
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sharing personal contact details with the other party before escrow is funded
• Posting misleading listings or inflated reviews

7. Account Suspension

• Accounts with 3 or more valid reports may be suspended pending review
• Fraudulent activity results in immediate permanent ban
• Hustlers Zimbabwe reserves the right to withhold funds during investigations
• Banned users may not create new accounts

8. Liability

• Hustlers Zimbabwe is not liable for the quality of work delivered by Hustlers
• We are not liable for disputes between users beyond our dispute resolution process
• Users transact at their own risk outside the escrow system
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Hustlers Zimbabwe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
